In this section you will find the EDC made accessories for the DJI Avata range. We have made many accessories for the DJI Avata and the newly released DJI Avata 2 range of drones. The modifications and accessories offered by EDC mean that users can operate in more environments and with extended abilities.
In East Lothian, Scotland, we start the design process. We begin any R&D process with capturing what known data we can. With consumer drones from DJI, this means capturing the craft with camera’s and our 3D Scanner. The 3D Scan is prepared and then inserted to fusion our CAD software of choice. Once we have the craft in our software, we can start designing what part we need. It makes the parts fit perfectly from the begin.
Once we are happy with the virtual design, we process to test fitting and testing on the design. At EDC, we design every accessory to be user-friendly. During the testing phase, we aim to identify any flaws or parts of the design we may have overlooked. We use the accessories as intended and push them to the limits to see any areas we can improve.
